2/11/10- Beacon Hill 2009 and 1st quarter in-progress real metrics are posted and you can see all the fun graphs, charts, numbers, etc by clicking right here. Interesting. At least to me. Prices, as reflected by $ per square foot of sold units went down about 3% from 2008 to 2009, but median price for sold condominiums went from $509,000 in '08 to $510,000 in '09. Selling prices were on average about 91.3% of asking prices, down from about 93.5% the year before. Click here for the graphs n' stuff.
